I went to Los Angeles Diagnostics for an MRI and I was very nervous at first. It was my first time and I'm a claustrophobic person. Everyone at LA diagnostics were extremely friendly, helpful and most of all, very comforting and accommodating. They walked me through the procedure, what to expect and what I can do should I feel nervous or want to get out. It was a great MRI experience and I have already recommend them to two friends. They were able to book my appointment within the week and dealt with my insurance. Thank you LA Diagnostic for a great experience!

Despite the full waiting room, process went by quickly. Staff work fast and efficiently very happy about that. clean inside the patients room as well. Sanitation is excellent. Was in & out in 45 mins.
Got my report the following day. As much as it was nice and easy process. I hope I won't mess up my knee again so I don't have to go back. Recommend it!

Excellent facility! Second MRI I have done here. The receptionist, staff, and tech is professional, well mannered, and informative.
The facility itself is nice and clean. They seem very concerned with providing a positive patient experience. Even though I visited on a very busy day, I didn't wait too long for my MRI once all papers was completed. I will be coming back if needed.
